Hypothesis
The birth of a first child will be positively associated with matri-patrilocality (82)
Note
This is determined by assuming that when birth ceremonies occur immediately after the birth of the child, the focus of concern is more likely to be the new mother, than when the ceremony occurs after the mother and child come out confinement or even later at the baby's naming ceremony (82).
