Hypothesis
Sadism (killing, torturing or mutilating the enemy), the fourth primitive militarism variable, was most strongly related to sexual repression, narcissism, and technological development (58-60).
Note
Each dependent "variable" (e.g. sexual repression) was measured by many separate measures.
