Hypothesis
Greater incidence of antisocial behavior in adolescents than in adults will be predicted by certain socialization practices (148).
Note
Greater antisocial behavior in boys was significantly associated with training by childhood involvement in ceremonies ( r = 0.27), childhood training by gift-giving (r = 0.29), and inculcation of obedience (r = 0.27). No antecedent socialization variables predicted greater antisocial behavior in adolescent girls than women.
